I missed human skin, so I was wandering around looking for a skin-colored 8000 series (lol). I searched the internet, but I couldn't find any trends. I tried riding to the last stop on the Ogose Line, but I missed it and was worried that the train would be cancelled, so I took some photos at Sakado and waited for someone to tweet. I just saw the pamphlet for the 100th anniversary event. Apparently they will be running updated 8000 series cars with flesh-colored (sage cream) revival paint. However, the 81111F formation is an updated car with a modified face, so it is a car with round lights from the time of its debut.

Last weekend, I worked hard to get around on my bike to relieve my lack of exercise. This time's cycling destination is along the JR Musashino Line. I visited the railway bridge between Haijima and Komiya stations on the JR Hachiko Line for the first time in a while. The last time I visited was in 1992, so it's been about 21 years. At that time, freight trains were run using diesel trains and diesel locomotives, so although the photos are not very good, they still pass.
